Paleo Pancakes
Heat a skillet with 1 Tbsp coconut oil
Mix together
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup coconut milk
1 egg
Dollop mixture onto skillet and cook on each side for 2 minutes
Apple Topping
Peel and thinly slice 2 apples
Place apples and 2 Tbsp maple syrup in covered pan
Cook apples until softened
For Protein:
Scramble 2-3 eggs
Cook 2-4 slices of bacon
