Competing in the sport! Learning Olympic weightlifting to become a more efficient CrossFit athlete!

Either way, our 1,500 sqft weight room is dedicated to make both happen.

We have programming for:
1) Beginner
2) Intermediate lifters
3) Elite lifters (must be able to post qualifying Open score)


These programs are taught in a 2 hour, coached session every Monday, Wednesday & Saturday.

You can also drop-in for $20.
